Description
Cove is hiring a Property Transition Intern for a six-month internship in Jakarta, reporting to the Property Transition Manager. The role supports the onboarding of new coliving properties, including site assessments, database and documentation updates, operational procedures, staff performance, inspections, audits, operational issue resolution, customer feedback monitoring, handover documentation, and coordination with property managers. The intern should be a final-year student or fresh graduate, with hospitality, business, administration, or engineering education preferred, and should be comfortable traveling to different property locations.
