Cove is hiring a Property Transition Manager for a one-year contract starting in October, reporting to the Operations Manager from its Jakarta office. The role manages and maintains properties, ensures rooms are ready for tenant check-ins, coordinates with property owners, leads and schedules associates and facilities staff, resolves tickets and requests, controls budgets and expenses, processes billings, and prioritizes facility issues. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and at least two to three years of property management or community management experience, preferably in hospitality or early-stage startups.
