Description
Navan is seeking a Proposal Analyst to support end-to-end proposal development, including responding to RFPs, RFIs, and vendor questionnaires; analyzing requirements; maintaining proposal content; coordinating reviews and approvals; and collaborating with product, marketing, legal, compliance, and technical teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 2–4 years of proposal coordination, RFP writing, or sales enablement experience, strong writing and organizational skills, and familiarity with proposal automation and CRM tools. Experience with Arphie, large language models, SaaS travel and expense solutions, compliance frameworks, and scaling proposal operations is preferred.
