Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is hiring a Senior Proposal Analyst to lead proposal activities for radars, electronic warfare, and acoustic systems. The role develops bid and price strategies, estimates costs and schedules, performs financial modeling and should-cost analysis, coordinates functional data, participates in contract negotiations and audits, and improves estimating and pricing processes. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, experience with proposal pricing systems such as ProPricer or genBOE, familiarity with FAR and Part 15 proposals, and experience coordinating complex estimates.
