The role develops bid and price strategies, performs financial modeling and cash-flow analysis, supports should-cost and pricing reviews, participates in contract negotiations and audits, and may guide less senior Proposal Analysts. Candidates should have strong analytical and communication skills, MS Office proficiency, defense-industry experience, and at least five years of related experience; proposal experience is preferred. The position offers a full-time salary range of $81,500 to $151,300 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
