Description
The Staff Proposal Analyst leads pricing and estimating for F-35 Training and Logistics Solutions proposals, from RFP review through award and contract negotiations. The role develops cost, schedule, and technical proposals; performs financial modeling, cash-flow, NPV, IRR, and profitability analyses; prepares audit documentation; supports DCAA and other audits; and contributes to contract negotiations and process improvements. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field, at least five years of proposal pricing or estimating experience, expertise across multiple contract types, and proficiency with cost-modeling tools and spreadsheets. The full-time salary range is $89,100 to $165,500, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, and other benefits.
