Lockheed Martin is hiring a Pricing and Estimating Lead to serve as the pricing lead for proposal efforts, compiling cost, schedule, and technical elements into compliant and competitive proposals. The role develops cost methods and business case analyses, performs financial modeling and rate studies, supports customer engagements and contract negotiations, contributes to should-cost and pricing reviews, and may mentor less experienced Proposal Analysts. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or higher, experience with proposal estimating or pricing systems, familiarity with FAR and Part 15 requirements, experience coordinating complex estimates, and the ability to maintain a security clearance. The full-time salary range is $89,100 to $165,500, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
