Description
Kinbrook Group is hiring a Proposal and Enablement Manager to manage proposals and pitches from opportunity through submission and follow-up while supporting the Group-wide commercial enablement programme. The role coordinates proposal content, timelines, presentations, templates, activity tracking, training and enablement initiatives, and planning processes; it also includes managing and developing a small team. The position requires proposal, bid, business development or similar commercial experience, strong writing, organisation, project management, stakeholder coordination and some people management experience, with professional services experience beneficial. The role can work across Kinbrook Group teams and offices in the South West, London and East Midlands.
