Kinbrook Group is seeking a Proposal and Enablement Manager to manage proposals and pitches from opportunity through submission and follow-up while supporting the Group-wide commercial enablement programme. The role coordinates timelines, content, presentations, training, tools, communications, planning, and performance tracking; works with fee earners, senior stakeholders, and client-facing teams; and manages and develops a small team. It is a hands-on commercial role requiring proposal or business development experience, strong writing, project management, organization, collaboration, and some people management experience, with work spanning Kinbrook's South West, London, and East Midlands offices.
