IMEG is hiring a Proposal & Pursuit Specialist to support proposal development, business development, pursuit strategy, editing and quality control, interview presentations, client materials, qualifications databases, and related marketing activities. The role requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or an equivalent field, at least two years of marketing or communications experience, strong organization and communication skills, design layout ability, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office proficiency, and preferably AEC industry and Salesforce or CRM experience. The position is available in Rock Island, Illinois; Dallas, Texas; Denver, Colorado; Las Vegas, Nevada; Naperville, Illinois; and Pasadena, California, with a salary range of $60,000-$85,000 and no visa sponsorship.
