TTEC is hiring a Proposal Content Specialist to manage and optimize reusable proposal and sales-enablement content across its Responsive Proposal Management Platform, product catalog, site capabilities matrix, client database, and other go-to-market tools. The role involves organizing, tagging, updating, editing, validating, and monitoring content; supporting strategic pursuits; collaborating with proposal managers and subject-matter experts; and maintaining version control and brand compliance. Candidates need 2–4 years of proposal or client-facing content management experience, hands-on experience with the Responsive Proposal Management Platform or similar platform, strong writing and organizational skills, familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint, and fluent English communication skills.
