Description

Planate Management Group (PMG) is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join their team. The coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), and support interview preparation and presentations. This role involves managing the full proposal lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality content.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 1–3 years of experience in proposal coordination, proposal writing, or technical writing.
Experience preparing responses to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, EOIs, Sources Sought (SS), and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), preferably within the A/E industry.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong proposal writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, compliant deliverables.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word, and Adobe applications.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with government contracting processes is an advantage.
