RESPEC is hiring a full-time Proposal Coordinator to manage the full proposal development lifecycle, including planning, coordination, scheduling, document setup, compliance, submissions, research, collaboration with subject-matter experts and subcontractors, win-theme development, and proposal database maintenance. The role supports business development staff and may be based in Rapid City, Denver, Colorado Springs, Fort Myers, Tampa, Sarasota, Bozeman, Helena, San Antonio, Richardson, or Pipersville, with remote work acceptable. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or higher, at least five years of proposal coordination experience in the AEC industry, strong communication and organizational skills, MS Office proficiency, and a valid driver’s license. The typical salary range is $65,000 to $75,000, with additional fringe benefits and ESOP eligibility.
