Three Notch Group is hiring a Proposal Coordinator to support the development and submission of proposals, Statements of Qualifications, SF330s, letters of interest, and other professional-services pursuit materials. The role coordinates RFP/RFQ reviews, proposal schedules, compliance checklists, internal reviews, staffing, deliverables, closeout, debriefs, win/loss tracking, and proposal resources, while collaborating with technical professionals, project managers, and business development teams. The position is available in Andalusia, Charlotte, and Dothan, with a preferred bachelor's degree, 2–5 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with proposal-management and CRM systems.
