Description
The Proposal Development Engineer coordinates complex, multi-discipline proposals for new business activity, including RFP requirements, schedules, review meetings, proposal documentation, cost estimates, and pricing recommendations. The role also maintains the proposal database, supports proposal strategy, and contributes to continuous improvement. A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business and at least five years of engineering or project management experience are required, while aerospace and defense experience and cost estimating experience are preferred. The salary range is $90,000 to $125,000 per year.
