AECOM is hiring a Proposal Development Graduate for its 24-month Advance Graduate Program. The role supports small-to-medium proposals, LOIs, SOQs, RFPs, and related marketing deliverables by creating schedules and templates, preparing compliance matrices, drafting and editing proposal content, coordinating reviews, supporting Go/No-Go analysis, and maintaining CRM data. Candidates must be UAE nationals with a family book, hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and demonstrate communication, organizational, analytical, Microsoft Office, and attention-to-detail skills. The position is NAFIS eligible and includes structured training, coaching, and mentorship.
