Description
Elite Contracting Group is hiring a Proposal Development Specialist to support its Estimating and Design team by preparing customer proposals from project specifications, coordinating vendor pricing and availability, entering estimating data, tracking proposal progress, and reviewing proposals for accuracy and completeness. The role requires strong research, communication, organization, Microsoft Office, and time-management skills, with preferred experience in proposal development, estimating support, construction, electrical, low-voltage, or physical security. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with additional work possible, and pays $25–$35 per hour with guaranteed hours and overtime.
