SIMCO is hiring a Proposal Engineer in Dubai to prepare Bills of Quantities, calculate materials, labor, and equipment quantities, develop cost estimates and technical and commercial proposals, evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations, and maintain estimation databases. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering, at least two years of relevant experience, estimation and technical knowledge, and familiarity with construction, repair, rehabilitation, waterproofing, coatings, or infrastructure maintenance. The position involves office and project-site work, travel to project locations, and coordination with engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
