Veolia is hiring a Proposal Engineer to support water and wastewater treatment projects across industrial, municipal, food and beverage, micro-enterprise, and mining markets. The role covers proposal engineering deliverables, process and product selection, water chemistry, unit-operation design, RO and biological systems, PFD/PID and layout development, cost and ROI analysis, vendor RFQ and TBE preparation, design reviews, and interface with customers and project teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, environmental, or another technical discipline, plus 7–11 years of proposal or tender engineering experience.
