Description
Det-Tronics is hiring a Proposal Engineer (Product & Technical Services) to develop technically sound and commercially competitive proposals for complex industrial fire and gas detection projects. The role interprets customer requirements, builds cost estimates and pricing models, coordinates with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Legal, vendors, and suppliers, supports bid reviews and customer clarifications, and assists with project handoffs. Candidates need at least three years of experience in proposal engineering, application engineering, or technical sales support, along with strong technical and commercial proposal knowledge; industrial systems experience, cost estimation, communication, analytical, and collaboration skills are preferred.
