Description
The Proposal Lead will lead, develop, and manage strategic content, information resources, and automation tools for National and Public Sector proposal development across Florida, South Carolina, and Highmark platforms. The role coordinates proposal quality reviews, project plans, internal and external stakeholder relationships, implementation communications, issue resolution, and continuous improvement, while coaching and training Proposal team members. It requires at least five years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong writing and project-management skills, and knowledge of the health insurance industry. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and an annualized salary range of $77,600 to $126,100, with a typical hiring range of $77,600 to $97,000.
