Description
The Proposal Manager leads the full lifecycle of government and commercial proposal development, including planning, scheduling, compliance, technical and management volumes, win themes, reviews, and delivery. The role manages cross-functional proposal teams, coordinates with publications and program leadership, and supports business gate reviews. Candidates need experience with competitive capture opportunities, FAR or agency-specific regulations, stakeholder relationships, leadership, communication, planning, Microsoft Suite, and Adobe applications; Lockheed Capture Process experience is desired. The position offers a full-time salary range of $72,500 to $134,600 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
