Northrop Grumman Space Systems is hiring a Proposal Manager 1 for its Business Development Capture Excellence Proposal Management team. The role owns the schedule and quality of complex government, international, and commercial proposals; manages risk; plans competitive solicitations; coordinates cross-functional teams; and improves proposal processes. The position is based in Dulles, Virginia, requires on-site work and up to 25% travel, and requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, four years of relevant experience including two years in proposal leadership, and knowledge of the U.S. Government acquisition process and federal procurement regulations. The primary salary range is $110,000 to $165,000.
