BI&A is hiring a Proposal Manager to own several simultaneous federal intelligence community and Department of Defense proposals from pre-RFP planning through submission and award. The role manages proposal schedules, compliance, writing assignments, reviews, graphics, presentations, tools, and risks while coordinating with technical, pricing, contracts, and program teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience, an active TS/SCI clearance, and a proven record of winning large, complex IC and DoW prime proposals exceeding $100 million. The position is hybrid and based in Annapolis Junction, Maryland, with a salary range of $140,000 to $170,000.
