CHAOS Industries is hiring a Proposal Manager to lead the end-to-end development and delivery of compliant U.S. federal, defense, and national security proposals, RFx responses, white papers, and other customer-facing deliverables. The role manages proposal planning, schedules, compliance, review cycles, cross-functional contributors, technical writing, editing, quality assurance, and final submission. It is a full-time onsite position in Washington, D.C., with less than 10% travel, and requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of proposal management experience, technical writing and editing ability, and the ability to obtain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance. The stated base salary range is $140,000 to $180,000.
