EnSafe is hiring a full-time Proposal Manager to lead the development of complex federal and commercial proposals and responses. The role involves scheduling, meeting leadership, task assignment, team performance management, writing and editing technical content, meeting client requirements and deadlines, and incorporating reviews before submission. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of A/E/C industry experience, InDesign proficiency, proposal-writing experience with AI/ChatGPT, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, creative writing, time-management, and familiarity with the Shipley Review process. Graphics experience is a plus, and the role is available in multiple EnSafe offices across the United States.
