HDR is hiring a Proposal Manager for its West Region marketing team to support growth in Hawaii across power, solid waste, and industrial market sectors. The role develops persuasive proposal and interview materials, manages proposal schedules and compliance, leads quality reviews and debriefs, coordinates marketing resources, and trains employees on business development and marketing best practices. The position requires at least five years of relevant industry experience, sales and win-strategy experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.
