HydroGraph is hiring a full-time Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end proposal development for government funding opportunities. The role coordinates stakeholders, compliance requirements, budgets, technical content, partner inputs, submission schedules, and final packages, while also supporting sales and business development activities such as NDAs, MTAs, meetings, case studies, and opportunity records. The position is U.S.-based and remote with 30–50% travel to Austin, Texas, and requires a bachelor's degree, 10+ years of customer-facing technical support experience, materials science or nanotechnology experience, U.S. citizenship, and eligibility for a U.S. Government security clearance.
