Iris Technology Corporation is hiring a full-time Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end proposal development for Tactical and Space opportunities. The role coordinates cross-functional teams across business development, engineering, program management, operations, supply chain, contracts, finance, and senior leadership; develops and validates estimates, schedules, technical approaches, pricing, compliance, and contractual requirements; manages proposal reviews and post-submission activities; and supports proposal-to-program transitions and continuous improvement. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least five years of relevant proposal, program, estimating, contracts, or business development experience in an engineering, aerospace, defense, or government contracting environment.
