KBR is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end proposal development for its Exploration & Logistics division. The role coordinates subject-matter experts and writers, manages proposal schedules and resources, develops compliant and compelling proposal content, conducts quality reviews, supports business development and operations, and maintains reusable proposal materials. The position requires a bachelor's degree, typically 9+ years of relevant experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and proposal management tools; government contracting, security clearance, and proposal-management certifications are preferred.
