Description
KS Engineers is hiring a Proposal Manager to own the proposal development and production process for transportation and public infrastructure design and survey services. The role manages client and prospect data, prequalification efforts, RFP and RFI submissions, proposal schedules, team coordination, proposal quality, and marketing materials. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of proposal writing, editing, and preparation experience, knowledge of federal proposal formats, strong writing and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, and Illustrator. The position is on-site at one of five listed offices and offers a base salary of $95,000 to $115,000 annually plus benefits.
