The role leads the full federal proposal lifecycle, including RFx analysis, compliance, content development, reviews, submissions, debriefings, and post-submission activities, while collaborating with business development, capture, portfolio management, and technical teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience and proposal development experience, strong writing and leadership skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, and experience with proposal management software.
