MANTECH International Corporation is hiring a full-time Proposal Manager in Herndon, Virginia, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring periodic onsite collaboration. The role leads end-to-end federal, DoD, and Intelligence Community proposal development, including RFx analysis, compliance, content creation, red-team reviews, and final submission; develops proposal strategy and win themes; manages oral presentation programs; coaches executives and subject matter experts; and improves proposal workflows. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, at least four years of federal contracting proposal, capture, or business development experience, and at least two years of direct oral coaching experience.
