PMA Consultants is hiring an experienced Proposal Manager to lead the full lifecycle of major proposals and qualifications submissions across capital improvement, transportation, energy, water infrastructure, government, public facilities, education, healthcare, hospitality, and private-sector markets. The role combines proposal leadership with strategic business development, including pursuit strategy, writing and editing, cross-functional coordination, quality review, reusable content management, presentations, client interviews, market research, and marketing support. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least five years of progressive proposal management experience in the A/E/C industry or related professional services, with large, complex, or multidisciplinary proposal experience. The position offers a salary range of $78,677 to $92,445 and work options including an office location, work-from-home, or client sites.
