PSI is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager Consultant to support its Business Development and Proposal team. The role focuses on managing prime proposal development for public-sector A/E pursuits, coordinating SMEs, writers, reviewers, and production activities, ensuring RFP compliance, and supporting subconsultant data calls and teaming proposals. The consultant will use PSI’s proposal systems and workflows, including SharePoint, pWin.ai, Monday.com CRM, and Microsoft Office, and will work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
