Rising Edge Group is hiring a Proposal Manager to oversee complex EPC proposals for high-voltage distribution, substation, renewable, and utility electrical projects. Reporting to the Director of Preconstruction, the role coordinates RFP submissions, multi-stakeholder inputs, pricing, document control, CRM records, proposal reviews, and win/loss analysis while mentoring proposal coordinators and improving proposal processes. The position requires post-secondary education in a relevant field, 4–6 years of proposal coordination or project administration experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, CRM platforms, and document formatting.
