Description
Serán is seeking a Proposal Manager to oversee the business development proposal pipeline, draft and price proposals for new business, translate customer needs into project scope, timelines, costs, and pricing, and coordinate with business, technical, project management, and operational teams. The role also supports client discussions, RFI/RFP responses, proposal quality and template maintenance, and cross-functional proposal workflows. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in physical sciences or engineering and 3–5 years of experience in a technical pharmaceutical development role, along with strong communication, organizational, analytical, customer service, and Microsoft Office skills.
