Description
Shield AI is hiring a Proposal Manager to lead and manage international government and commercial proposals for its India business. The role owns the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, coordinates cross-functional teams, manages competing priorities, ensures compliant and timely submissions, improves proposal processes, and mentors contributors. It also supports briefing and presentation development, customer meetings, demonstrations, and GTM events. The position requires 2–4+ years of relevant government or international government proposal or BD operations experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong technical and communication skills, and leadership experience; technical background in unmanned systems or autonomy software, defense acquisition knowledge, and an active Indian security clearance are preferred.
