Description
The Proposal Manager leads pursuit-related proposal and presentation deliverables across Sundt's operating groups, assigning tasks, coordinating reviews, developing technical content, managing quality and production schedules, and leading win-strategy development. The role also mentors Proposal Specialists, participates in debriefs, and supports content and data management. It requires at least 10 years of marketing or proposal experience in the A/E/C industry, advanced Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
