Description
The Tendering Manager reports to the Proposal Director and leads the preparation, strategy, budgeting, client clarification, audit, handover, and closeout of RFQ and tender activities. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or project-management discipline, strong business English and Mandarin communication skills, and at least eight years of experience on FPSO/FSO/FLNG, topsides, or large-scale offshore oil and gas EPC projects, including at least five years in bidding, tendering, or contract management. Engineering or equipment procurement experience is preferred.
