Veeva Systems is hiring an experienced Proposal Manager to support its Europe Sales organization by managing the end-to-end RFP/RFI proposal lifecycle. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, leads response alignment, drafts and quality-checks deliverables, and manages multiple proposal assignments. Candidates need at least five years of experience in complex B2B SaaS proposals, strong English communication, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and international business experience.
