Wabtec is hiring a Proposal Manager to prepare and manage commercial tenders and proposals for transit original-equipment business, from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and project launch. The role coordinates with engineering, finance, legal, project management, manufacturing, procurement, and other Wabtec divisions; negotiates contract terms; prepares financial, risk, market, and win-strategy analyses; and supports product-line development. A bachelor’s degree, at least five years of experience, and sales and marketing experience are required, with rail industry experience preferred. The position may involve remote work, with relocation preferred, and offers a base salary of $95,800–$127,000 plus potential annual bonus and benefits.
