Description
Schnabel is hiring a Proposal Manager to support the BD Services team in developing qualifications materials, proposals, SOQs, presentations, and other client and project opportunities. The role manages the proposal lifecycle, coordinates teams and resources, mentors junior proposal staff, prepares marketing and boilerplate materials, supports presentations and client communications, and maintains business development information in Deltek Vantagepoint. The position is primarily intended for the Pacific Northwest area, with other locations considered, and offers a compensation range of $85,000 to $105,000.
