BW Water is hiring a permanent Proposal Manager EMEA based in Milan to develop technical and commercial proposals for international industrial water treatment projects. The role coordinates engineering, sales, suppliers, subcontractors, and global stakeholders; prepares technical deliverables, RFQ analyses, tender timelines, quotations, cost estimates, risk assessments, and project handover documentation; and supports innovation and process improvement. The position requires an engineering degree, extensive industrial water or wastewater treatment experience, proposal or project engineering experience, strong water treatment knowledge, and fluency in English and Italian or German. It offers a hybrid work model with up to two days per week in the office and private health insurance.
