Alight is hiring a Senior Proposal Manager to own the complete proposal lifecycle for complex new-business and retention opportunities. The role leads cross-functional teams, develops project schedules, tracks client requirements, ensures compliance with RFP instructions, manages risks, shapes proposal strategy and messaging, customizes content, and mentors junior team members. Candidates need 8–12+ years of proposal management experience, strong writing and communication skills, leadership ability, and advanced proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and RFP/proposal software. The position offers a USD 75,000–100,000 annual salary range and benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage starting on Day One.
