Atwell, LLC is hiring a fully remote Proposal Marketing Associate to support proposal development and pursuit efforts across its consulting, engineering, and construction services organization. The role partners with technical and business development teams to create proposals, statements of qualifications, RFP responses, presentations, and other pursuit materials; manages multiple pursuits; coordinates contributors and deliverables; and produces polished materials using Adobe InDesign. Candidates should have at least five years of marketing or proposal experience in the AEC industry, strong writing and storytelling skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign, and a bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience.
