9th Way Insignia is hiring a Proposal Pricing Analyst to develop, analyze, and finalize cost and pricing proposals for federal government customers. The role analyzes RFPs and RFQs, builds cost models and pricing strategies, validates compliance with FAR and DFARS, prepares cost narratives and price-to-win analyses, and supports technical and program teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of federal proposal pricing or cost analysis experience, advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of federal contracting regulations. The salary range is $80,000–$95,000 USD, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
