LaBella Associates is hiring a Proposal Specialist to support business development for a firm segment by researching opportunities, coordinating RFP pursuits, developing win strategies with technical teams, and writing, editing, designing, and producing proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and other marketing materials. The role also manages marketing information, coordinates subconsultant content, supports interview rehearsals, collaborates on collateral, and identifies events and sponsorship opportunities. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field, at least three years of A/E/C marketing or business development experience, proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems, and strong time management, project management, and presentation skills.
