Willmeng Construction is hiring a Proposal Specialist to own commercial construction pursuit deliverables from kickoff through delivery. The role leads compliant and brand-aligned proposals, interprets RFQs and RFPs, creates narrative and visual content, manages workflows and version control, coordinates with stakeholders, and mentors junior team members. After training, the position may work remotely one to two days per week. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of commercial construction proposal experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe InDesign.
