AECOM is hiring a Proposal Specialist II to support its Program Management marketing team on pursuits. The role manages responses to RFQs and RFPs, develops proposal strategy and win plans, coordinates proposal content and graphics, conducts quality assurance, and produces final layouts in InDesign. It is a hybrid position based in Arlington, Virginia; Annapolis Junction, Maryland; or Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and requires a bachelor's degree plus two years of relevant marketing or proposal experience, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and collaborative tools.
